After making an appointment for my 7 year old for a cut and pink highlights, we showed up to the appointment only to learn Candy did not have the pink color in stock. Reschedule for the next day, called to let them know we’d be 5 minutes late, she told us she “Couldn’t do it” because we were 5 minutes late. Will NEVER be making another appointment at this salon. She was EXTREMELY RUDE, HATEFUL, and unprofessional.

before going to this salon i could sit on my hair, i asked to have 10inches cut off. the older woman candy did so in 30 minutes. after all was said and done she hacked my hair up. i got home and had several pieces much longer than the rest that i had to cut myself not to mention if i stand with my head strait my hair slants like this /. so i paid 30$ for the worst hair cut of my life. and have to pay someone else to fix her mistakes. in all she needs to be grooming dogs not cutting human hair!!!

Late. Horrible. Pathetic. My appointment was at 10:00am i waited till 10:15 an they still hadent shown up. Wont ever go there again. . . instead i went to Kelly & Company. They was able to help me wright then an there with no problem. So happy with the results i got. Salon 118 lost me as a customer.
