I set up an appointment with Elaine. I’m new to the area and saw the good reviews for this salon. I was not looking to get anything drastic done just a trim and all over color matching close to what I already had. I sent Elaine a photo of my hair along with another photo of the shade I wanted and asked if she thought it would work. I was already nervous going somewhere new as I had to leave my previous hair dresser of over 15 years due to my new location. Elaine never responded to my text, never text about my appointment. She completed ghosted me. I will never refer anyone here. I cannot believe how unprofessional someone can be. All I can think is that she was not going to do a great job and she got intimidated.
