I trust her recommendations … she NEVER pushes retail products, unlike some high end salons that I use to visit. I never feel prettier than when I leave her studio. Speaking of her studio, it is very clean, has an air purifier and she follows covid19 protocols. I feel safe!!! I trust her recommendations … she NEVER pushes retail products, unlike some high end salons that I use to visit. I never feel prettier than when I leave her studio. I wanted to book a hair appointment as a new client but couldn’t even get past the lady who answered the phone. She said to go on line and call the person directly to make an appointment. That’s what I was doing but apparently she was not booking new clients for herself and failed to communicate this to me. I did not get a warm friendly feeling from the phone call and got the feeling you needed an invite to become a new client. I think I will stick with my over priced current solan. At least customer service is #1! And to me that’s worth more than $$$
