Everyone was very nice at this salon which I really appreciated. Darena offered to do my braids because my hair was too short for the original style I wanted from another stylist. However I asked for ombre braids & the look I wanted wasn’t achieved well at all. I think it could’ve been explained to me that she was creating their own ombre by combining different color braiding hair, which wasn’t going to look like the picture i showed her. The hair is actually unraveling in the middle as shown in the photo.I asked for it to be redone a few days later & Darena told me she was out of town for a family emergency (forgetting that she told me during my appointment that she was taking a trip for fun that next week). So the unnecessary lie was kind of annoying as well..
