Well this my 1st time coming and I have not finish getting my hair done but this my 1st review the washing part I love it just the beginning so I definitely will be back for. Critical: Quality, ValueWanted a wash and set which they charges too much for and it didnt do nothing different to my hair that my flat irons do. And asked to get ends clipped and the girl just cut straight along the back so my hair does not bend when flat ironed its horrible. Put braids in 1 hour after i left.Service: Hairstyling

Reception desk but no one there to receive clients. Asked about having my natural done and both stylists gave excuses as to why they couldn’t do my hair. The worst excuse was it was getting too late for the style. Mind you, it was 1:47p and they take their last client by 5 I was told. The older stylist seemed to take the most clients while the younger one worked on her daughter’s hair and then took an appointment. I was told 1st come, 1st served but she had an appointment. Its a wonder this business stays open because there’s never a hairdresser that wants to do hair.

If I could rate this place with less than 1 star I would!!! I went in asking for a wash, blow out and just 2 cornrows. There was only 3 ladies working and the service I got was horrible!!! The first girl who approached me said she couldn’t braid, so she suggested I go to her coworker. The young lady rushed to wash my hair, and the entire time after she washed it constantly was yanking my hair with a comb!! I could tell she never worked with natural hair before. Now getting to my braids…. The first time she did them they were loose with lots of gel and looked like something my 7 year old did!!!! She tried again and it was even worse!!! I was so disgusted I just had her wash it out and blow it out and I still had to pay $20!!!! How doesn’t anyone in the salon know how to braid/cornrow!!!???????? So disappointed and a waste of time!!!

I went for a wash, set, and comb out. There were 3 stylists and 3 women ahead of me getting services. I thought that when one stylist became available, the next available stylist would take me however, instead she went outside on 2 separate occasions. I had been waiting for quite a while so after the very nice receptionist washed my hair, she came back to roll it. It took her about 45 min. While she was rolling my hair two different stylists came over to give her pointers and tell her what she was doing wrong but neither of them took over. I was ok with the her rolling my hair but I just knew that one of the stylist would come to do the comb out but they didn’t. The receptionist took the rollers out of my hair and proceeded to style it. It was a hot mess. No offense to the receptionist because she was really nice and was really trying to help however, the others were pathetic. I watched other women leave with beautiful hair but I felt like they didn’t want to do mine so they just didn’t. It was my first time going and I will never go back again. They only get one star and that’s because of the receptionist. Disgusting.

One particular stylist rushed through my hair. You never get the same stylist because they seem to rotate stylists. Front desk is always fine, the stylists just don’t treat you right as a customer.

I find it extremely hard to believe they went to beauty school to get their job messing with hair. If you value your hair don’t go here!!! I can go on a HUGE list of their mistakes an amateur could have done. Don’t know if its lack of training or just not giving a F@#$. You will end up paying more to see a professional to fix the damages they make!!!
