Place was hard to find. Purchased a Groupon for a haircut, conditioning & blowdry. Tried to charge me an additional $20 claiming my hair was “long.” I told her no it wasn’t, it’s about shoulder length. Then she claimed the additional fee was due to it being too “thick.” Again, I told her it wasn’t too thick, it was just slightly frizzy due to the 90 degree weather. Refused to provide me the service I had already paid for if I didn’t agree to pay the additional $20 (for no good reason at all). So I ended up cancelling, and recommend everyone take their business to a more professional and honest place.

I had a voucher for hair services with Salome. I called over a half a dozen times to make an appointment, appointments are required. Never answered, never returned my calls. This was at both listed number. I called over the span of 2 weeks. I gave up. Salome may be great, but if you can’t make an appointment, and your business can’t be bothered to return calls, no one would ever know how good you are, and customers will give up and go elsewhere.

she is amazing and she has competitive prices in Herndon … kind and courteous and such a great conversationalist !! she gave me tips for hair care and a word of care about the changes water the stress the diet change causes hair loss . i had a good service one hour full haircut… she kept asking if i was ok and she can go ahead.. i will go back regularly and be consistent with hair care !! thanks salome

This business does not honor Groupons. If you are looking at getting their Groupon deal, I would AVOID. Customer service is NOT their strength. I got credited by Groupon for an expired voucher that they did not honor for it’s value but I will NOT be using it at this location.
