I will never spend another dime at this nail shop! On two different occasions . I have made appointments for the nail technician young Rose and when I arrive she is not available. The customer service is not good. and the owner never apologized. She just try’s to push you off on the other techs that don’t do a good job. I was speaking to the owner nicely and she just started looking at instagram . How insulting!!!!

I went to this places cause I need a pedicure ASAP and it was the worst place I have ever been too my nail polish looked like a kid put the nail polish on the workers were very rude they were making fun of my nail like I get I have a small nail but no need to make fun of it! When they where doing the pedicure I thought they were gonna clean your ingrown nail and all that they did not do anything like that not even cut down my toe nail!!!!!! I hated my toes so bad !!! I got home and the next day my right toe got infected and It got swollen!! If I wear you never step foot Into this place or spend money in this place ever again!!! I hated everything in this places take my word and don’t come here ever again!!!!!

The owner is simply the sweetest woman ever! It’s noticeable that she cares about her clients. She was attentive which was much appreciated. I’m not knowledgeable about competitor prices… or nails in general but I thought i payed a reasonable price. (I forgot how much it was. I went about 3 weeks ago) The salon is beautifully decorated and the customer service is great. They accept most credit cards. Will come again 🙂

DON’T GET THE OLDER LADY! They started to do my nails and the lady could not finish them. She wouldn’t take instructions from me and kept doing them wrong. I wanted pointed nails and she kept rounding them. Several nails were longer than others and she wouldn’t fix them, even after I kept telling her and showing her. I told the owner and the owner just said, “Sorry” and “no one else know to do your nails.” They let me walk out and I had to go find another place to complete and fix the job started at this place.
