I came In early for basic braids straight back and was treated kindly. I would recommend that the Combs and tools being used are clean and in better condition. The young lady braiding my hair did well. Just use better more professional clean tools. Not broken combs and clips as this gives the impression of uncleanliness. Braids

The braids look nice and I get compliments, but they hurt so bad. They braid very tight my scalp is red and has been hurting since Monday When I got them done. It’s Friday now. I believe the hairs were pulled so tight it’s ripping out of my scalp. I hope it heals soon .

Thank you Sally’s hair braiding. I needed my hair cornrowed, and the owner immediately had someone take care of me. There was no confusion as she told me the price right away! Her staff cleaned the chair before I sat down, and that made me feel safe. I will definitely be returning and letting my family and friends know about this place. Keep it up!

I really hate to do this, but I have to because it’s the principle behind it! I went in to this shop a little bit after closing on a Saturday night just to ask a few questions for a last minute request. The lady Nane was so nice! She told me to reach out to the manager to ask about an appointment for the next day to see if it would be ok and how much for the style I wanted. I texted the manager and let her know how awesome Nane was to me and what my request was. She replied back and ask what time did I want to come. I said the earlier the better bc I had to pick my husband up at 3pm…. to make a long story short…I never heard anything back from her. Texted her several times asked her to please let me know what works best and that I was even willing to pick another day. She never bothered to respond (even the next day)!!! Sad thing is I was excited to go there bc of the interaction I had with Nane. Customer service must be a thing of the past bc its so hard to find nowadays! I can’t imagine spending $200 of my hard earned money with a business who’s MANAGEMENT (not even the employees) is poor! Sally you need to do better! I guess you thought not responding to my text would be the end of the conversation! I just lost my child and had been home grieving full of depression all week. Monday was my first day back at wrk and I was only trying to make myself look presentable! A simple “can you pick another day” would have been enough for me and I would have been glad to do so! Kindness goes a long way and so does bad reviews!

Critical: ProfessionalismI am extremely dissenchanted with my experience with Sally’s hair braiding. I called the shop on Friday 10/22 and I was quoted a price of 200 of faux locs over my real locs, mind you I only have 56 locs and this process is simple as all you have to do is wrap the hair, no parting combing etc… AND I bought my own hair. As the young lady started to do my hair she asked me the length that I wanted and I told her bra length and she told me that they will start at $250 to $300 I told her that that is not the price I was quoted and she informed me that that is their price. $300 for faux locs??? I would never and have never been quoted that price is what I told her… then one dark skin lady across the room started to laugh and she informed me that they pay $5,000 a month for mortgage which does not concern me in any way nor do I or care about her personal bills. My experience was extremely poor, they were rude and treated me extremely rude and dismissive as a customer. I am an educated black woman I know my worth and where to spend my hard earned dollars. I am extremely dissenchanted with my experience with Sally’s hair braiding. I called the shop on Friday 10/22 and I was quoted a price of 200 of faux locs over my real locs, mind you I only have 56 locs and this process is simple as all you have to do is wrap the hair, no parting combing etc… AND I bought my own hair. Terrible customer service . Rude and dismissive braiders… they use dirty toothless combs so bring your own. Walk-ins be prepared to be ignored …. The owner stopped and took a business call on zoom in the middle of doing my hair . They have no respect for the clients or their time . I will never go here again Braids

I went to Sally’s yesterday at the last minute, because the other salon I was at was unprofessional. The salon was very professional and helpful at the last minute. They got me out on time and they don’t braid your hair so tight you can’t sleep. My hair looks great… I think Ingrid did my hair. She did a great job. I will be back. Thank you!!!

Great experience! They did a wonderful job with my hair. Very professional and clean environment. The ladies were very knowledgeable about hair care. They cared about my hair and it’s health not just about giving a braid style that could potentially do more harm to my hair. Highly recommend!

I came in tonight to get my natural hair twisted. Initially, there was only one lady in the shop and she was already dealing with a client but she was nice enough to call Ingrid ( I’m not sure how to spell her name) to see if she could do my hair. Ingrid was so nice and decided to drive all the way back to the shop to do my hair which came out so cute! Wonderful staff and excellent costumer service.
