I came here last minute because the previous nail salon I had scheduled at was not able to take me in (I was 15 min late to the appt- my fault totally.) I wanted to get my nails done before the work week started and as it was a Saturday and a lot of salons close on Sunday I was sort of desperate. I called Sally’s and they were able to get me in on the same day within an hour!! I asked for a dip powder mani and a spa pedicure and they were able to accommodate me with no problems.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I called them today to make an appointment for a gel manicure at 545 and the woman on the phone told me they had availability and to come in. I come in and they told me to wait, I proceeded to wait for 25 minutes while there is an employee sitting and not doing anything. Then the owner tells me that he doesn’t have time for me today after I waited for 25 minutes and to come back tomorrow or the day after. Completely unprofessional and horrible service overall. Would not recommend to anyone, complete waste of time to drive to the salon and sit there to be told they don’t have time for me after I made an appointment.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCalled last minute and were available (open Sunday). When I entered, I was welcomed and felt welcome. I was asked ONLY once if I wanted my nails done too, I said not today, but thank you for asking and was never harassed about it again. (Which NEVER happens either.) Pedicure with Gel polish $40 which is a great price. Pedicure was nice and relaxing, polish wasn’t bad either. It’s hard to find someone that does polish great. Both ladies were very nice. Well deserved her $10 tip. Will definitely return for a pedicure again. I was asked ONLY once if I wanted my nails done too, I said not today, but thank you for asking and was never harassed about it again. (Which NEVER happens either.) I believe this is one of the only places in the area with a fairy princess chair for my daughter and she was ecstatic to have it and be treated like a princess too! Thanks for such a great experience for me and my girl!

They did a really nice job. I got a powder French manicure and a French pedicure. They did a great job cleaning. She sprayed and wiped down the chairs and foot baths between each person. My nails still looks great 2 weeks later!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWe had 11 am appointments for 2 pedicures. As of 11.30 I was still sitting in a chair with my feet soaking in already cold water. They didn’t even polish my nails before applying nail colors. They didn’t do ANYTHING with my heels. Like didn’t even touch it. Also the person who was applying my color had to redo 3 nails multiply times because he couldn’t get it done with it messing it up. And then he accidentally spilled too much polish on the big toe and instead of removing it he put this thick layer on my nail. It will never dry. I had a special event to attend today where I was supposed to wear open toed shoes. I have to rethink my entire outfit now because I can not expose my heals or my toes…Oh and also they switched technicians in the middle of pedicureDon’t recommend this place and never going back again.Right now i am finishing this review and have to redo at least the polish myself. We had 11 am appointments for 2 pedicures. As of 11.30 I was still sitting in a chair with my feet soaking in already cold water. They didn’t even polish my nails before applying nail colors. I’m very disappointed. I went there on Tuesday, I was the only one there. I asked for a pedicure and manicure(ANC) for my birthday. During my very relaxing pedicure, one woman began putting tips on my nails instead of allowing me to enjoy my pedicure. They did a good job on my pedicure and it was relaxing other than the fact that someone was trying to do my manicure while enjoying the fancy spa pedicure I asked for. I picked the hologram nails, which they charged me extra for, and they were okay once all said and done. When I left I noticed a lot of glue around my fingers and some of the hologram had already come off the tips. I left for Miami the next day and guess what…3 of my nails literally just fell off. I have never had that happen before ever!! Very poor quality manicure. I will never go back and I do not recommend you go here. Not the best experience.
