Terrible customer service. Today at approx 10:30am we walked in to get my 10 year old daughters hair cut. Two ladies working there, one was finishing up a haircut and the other woman just sitting there on her phone. Neither of them even acknowledged our presence. When the woman finished up with the haircut she then proceeded counting all her money. Finally after 5 minutes of that she gestured for my daughter to sit in the chair for her haircut. Then, she pulled out her cell phone and was texting for five minutes, right in front of my daughter while she was sitting in the chair waiting for her haircut. Fed up with the lack of customer service, I got my daughter up from the chair and we left. It’s a shame they don’t seem to value their customers here, and so I guess business is just booming for them and they did not need ours. I have always brought my daughter here for a haircut and I was hoping to get my haircut too. We will not be back to this place ever. Plenty of other barbers in Pleasanton that actually value their customers.

Quick, less expensive and consistent serviceGood with kids too. Air conditioning at the salon was an issue though , may be just me or a hot day . Would definitely suggest to someone looking for a haircut in budget. Get 2 dollars off coupons mostly on Safeway receipts

I asked for a simple 3 on the sides and back and scissor cut on top. Came home looking like a square, and I’m never picky about things like this. Sideburns were uneven, the back was shaved at an angle, and the barber stopped twice to talk on her phone in the middle of my haircut. Unbelievable, I usually go to the cosmos downtown and get great fast haircuts but this place was terrible.

This is the best place to get a haircut. Over the past 10 years I’ve been to well over a dozen places and this is by far the best. I’m usually in and out within 15 minutes. I go in, get a medium haircut, pay, done. Not only are they quick but the cuts are great. This is my go-to place.

Worst barber shop ever. They just dont know what cutting hair means. Before she started, I showed my sons old pics after haircut to show her how we wanted the hair cut. But she just dint pay proper attention to the pics. Since she was leaving the hair too big, I asked if she can cut a little bit more, I dont know what got into her and she just sliced more than 1.5inch of my little one’s front hair. He is now looking so weird. When she was done his front hair were just 1″ while the center hair were 2.5″. I had to insist on getting it more blended in than what she thought was good. He had a photo day in his school and it’s all ruined now. Moreover, when we complained about it, she wouldn’t even admit the mistake and kept insisting that its looking good. And she kept asking for money.
