This was my GO TO place until last week when I went for a nail repair and fill and my tech ripped my nail off!!! She was having a very bad day and to take it out on a loyal customer is awful!!!! Her husband is so humble and to have to put up with this behavior on a regular is so sad. His wife does good work but just as another customer said to me and I must agree, she is hateful. The pedicures are good but quite painful so if you are a diabetic…. Don’t got there! The older lady that does pedis is careless and cuts deep into my cuticles every time I go. It’s time for a fill but I’m not sure if I’m going back! The most expensive nail spot so the service, care and compassion should be much better.

She was very thorough and her massage was fantastic!!!! Tammy and Michael are wonderful, they do a wonderful job on my nails and feet, I always let them pick my colors and they never disappoint, very clean in the establishment and are keeping up with covid protocol.

Positive: ProfessionalismI was yelled at in front of the entire salon because I was not tipping in cash (as I had been told to). The woman was FURIOUS and when I questioned her she said “she shouldn’t have to pay taxes and if I tip on my debit card, she has to pay the correct taxes”. This was like the twilight zone, doesn’t she know you don’t say that out loud, let alone yell it over and over at a customer. My crime was not carrying enough cash to tip her and she was asking the general public to actively help her cheat on her taxes and SHE was the one that was FURIOUS?!?
