I love supporting local small businesses, but this was a terrible experience. My massage therapist and I were unable to understand each other, so the appointment was incredibly stressful. She left the room at least four times during my 60 minute appointment, without communicating why. I thought the appointment must have ended when she abruptly left without saying anything, so I started getting dressed but then she walked back in! She left another time when someone came in the front door and still other times to get supplies. This created a very choppy feel and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. The most uncomfortable moment by far was when she insisted I pay before getting dressed, like she was scared I would try to leave without paying! How embarrassing! Since there were no blankets for cover, only a towel, I crouched behind my towel while I had to get my purse to give her my credit card! I asked multiple times to get dressed first, then pay, but she said I had to pay first. I sincerely regret paying $70 for an appointment that was supposed to ease stress, but instead created embarrassing awkward moments and more anxiety. I even ended my appointment early because I was so uncomfortable.

Seriously one of the best massages in my life! She asked if I wanted a medium or hard intensity, and accommodates very well! Very deep for me, whole body of pressure! I love how Julia got right up on the table and used range of motion techniques to stretch joints. She also manipulated the fine muscles of the neck individually, and requests feedback for where to focus midway during the session. I feel like a new person! Wow!

I recently called in and asked if they did deep tissue massage and was told yes. After asking a could more questions i reiterated if it was deep, deep tissue massage…. Again i was told yes. I got an hour massage for $70 and received the same movement, which consisted of fast tiny circular motions from back down to feet with pressure i could barely feel. I several times over asked for deeper but to no avail.. I was very disappointed as i so needed the deep tissue from much stress lately. I unfortunately cannot recommend this business as i will not go back. I had been so excited only to be completely dissatisfied. I wish i could get my money back because i felt like i just threw that money away. I would be grateful if they gave me half my money back. They were not truthful with me because that was nowhere near deep anything. My muscles are crying for help because they didn’t get what i requested and sadly paid for.

I found this place yesterday online on a special website where these types of massage parlors can advertise “unconventional” massages. False advertising, avoid!!! They look the part and have all the bells and whistles but they will not follow through. Do not waste your money there is a language barrier, they are from China. If you want a professional, and legit non dimly lit room with Chinese relaxation music for the specific purpose of loosening your muscles and whatnot there are places that I would consider to be more above board for that purpose.

This is the first time that I came into this place. Customer service is great and the price is reasonable. Very friendly staff and very good massage. I had back pains due to an accident and one of the masseur did relieve my pain. It’s better than going to the physical therapist. Highly recommended for people want to get a good massage and people suffer from chronic pain due to work or sports.
