Absolutely wonderful experience. Second time visiting and the room was very relaxing and the salt helped with my sinuses. The complimentary tea also was a nice added bonus.

Anna is the owner and she is the sweetest person! She made our visit so comfortable as we were both nervous. She gave us an intro on what to expect and the history behind salt rooms. I definitely want to come back!!

I tell everyone about this place. Had a terrible cough twice now that I couldn’t get rid of. One session here I was not coughing the same day.

The lady working was awesome! And the room was so relaxing. We had 4 adults. She told us to try not to talk and just relax. So we all decided to just take a nap. It literally felt like as soon as we closed our eyes she came back and said our hour was up. I actually had to look at my phone to make sure we didn’t get ripped off. It really was an hour. Definitely recommend! Serious stress reliever!!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityOur group of six attended a Salt room session for 45 minutes and had an incredible experience! We were greeted right away and before getting us situated in the room we were offered hot tea and water. Some in our group wore sandals and were able to change from our winter boots to our sandals, those who didn’t were offered shoe/foot covers to enter into the room. The environment was extremely relaxing – from the lazy boy chairs to the magical lighting, the room was very therapeutic covered in salt from the walls to the salted floor. We were given an overview of the history and benefits of salt rooms and caves. The 45 minutes went by very fast and was extremely therapeutic, our entire group felt sinus and respiratory relief. I suffer from severe psoriatic arthritis and felt a lot of relief from the tension of my joints. Upon returning home we received a follow up call from the owner to ensure we enjoyed the experience and thAnked us for our business. Definitely will be returning to the Salinair salt rooms and recommend to anyone interested in trying! Our group of six attended a Salt room session for 45 minutes and had an incredible experience! I visited this location yesterday at 5pm and was excited to try something new to benefit my health. I have severe fybromyalgia so I was ambivalent about my comfort and current pain, hoping I would be able to enjoy myself while I was there. Was greeted right away by a very nice lady, filled out a form and was offered some hot tea or water. 3 other people were scheduled to join the salt room with me. We all went in, everyone got their own lazy- boy chair and a blanket. The room was surrounded in salt from ceiling to floor. The ambience of the room was nice, beautifully lit with calm colors and the temperature of the room was comfortable. The lady explained to us a bit of her past and some benefits of salt therapy. When she left we had about an hour to relax, it was everyones first time. I think we all came out pretty happy, relaxed and willing to come again. I came home and fell asleep a few hours later. I suffer from insomnia so falling asleep that easily was surprising. I highly recommend this treatment/experience for multiple reasons! Breathing better today. Worth the money and there is a great Groupon! Thank you.

Omg finding this place and the experience was positive from the beginning to the end. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Easy process of explaining what exactly this is and the best part was that I felt 100% better after leaving here today. It’s like a breath of fresh air my allergy and sinus symptoms were relieved, I cannot wait to go back.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI really miss the previous owners . Christine and whoever else now run the place are just awful . I tried calling three different times during the bussiness hours that are listed on the website . Each time it went to voicemail . Finally after two days I got a call back from Christine , and she wasn’t much help . She couldn’t answer questions because she said the owner was out of town – odd , last time I tried to book an appointment I was told the same thing . Does the actual owner even live in this state ? Sounds like she isn’t even Local & just has someone run the bussiness for her . Also , I was told there would be a $5. Cleaning fee …. this is not right . First of all it’s common sense that after each person the recliners should be wiped down anyways …. when I had an unlimited package there before I was never charged a cleaning fee . If a bussiness can’t handle buying cleaning supplies because of Corona Virus then maybe they shouldn’t be in bussiness now .I really miss the previous owners .
