I was referred to Salem Nails by a friend.All over their advertising they scream “walk-ins welcome”.So I walked in about 11:30 on Friday.I began to sign the sign-up sheet when the lady behind the desk barked at me,asking me what I wanted.I said a gel refill and color.She then proceeded to shake her head and tell me “no”.I was confused and she said “no.We can’t see you today”.And without another word she turned her back on me.Never in my life have I seen this level of rude.She refuses to let me speak to the owner or manager,saying they never know when “they” will come in.Skip this place.They don’t need your business.Go to 99 Nails where Tom will treat you like the paying customer you are.And,no,I have no financial interest in 99 Nails.They’re just a better choice.
