I love it here. The place is clean and for how busy it gets it doesn’t feel crowded. They are efficient but I never feel rushed. I always leave loving my nails. Reasonably priced as well. Wish there was online scheduling but booking over the phone is super quick. I appreciate that they always call me by my name as well. So many clients but they still provide a personalized service.

Pricey and poor quality. Business is about rushing the job and taking more client. Mindy did a horrible job plus she cut me Asked front concierge how did my nails look. He said they looked ok but we can fix it. Never again ! Pedicure, Men’s manicures

I’ve gotten my nails and toes here done a few times. The amount of color selection is almost overwhelming! There are so many to choose from!! (Can there be too many??) but the place is like a factory. In and out super fast and hardly any massage. They do the hot stones which is a nice touch but sometimes you want to relax and I always feel rushed.

I’ve come here for years. Hands down best nail salon I’ve been to! I moved out of state during COVID and couldn’t find a nail salon that was equal. I’ve recently moved back to MA, but not back to Salem and have tried a few places out and have been disappointed. I decided enough was enough and drove 45 mins up to Salem to get my nails done here with Yen. She is amazing! Highly recommend her and the Salem Nail Bar!

Absolutely amazing, I see Hannah and every time I come I am more amazed than the time before. I’m extremely picky so until I found them I would spend an hour fixing my nails after I paid to get them done. Hannah is an artist!! They’re always willing to fix a nail even days later and even if it was totally my fault!! Never ever disappointed. Definitely recommend.

Sky does my nails and she is just amazing!!!! My nails are always look pretty. I usually do dipping powder plus gel art on top and gel pedicure. I get so many compliments on my nails everywhere I go.

First visit was great. Mid-week early in the morning before too busy. Went last Sunday with an appointment and the place was slammed. Felt more like a factory with little care. The treatment was fast with none of the usual details and out the door. My gel manicure started chipping within days when usually my regular shop gel mani lasts 3 plus weeks. My nails grow out and need to be done again before they chip. Pedi very basic – none of the usual details. IF I went again I would have to be pretty desperate and would avoid busy times.

If I could give the salon zero stars I would. I’ve been hearing the quality of the Salon is going down and it’s true. My pedicure was not 45 mins and the pedicure in general was rushed.
