Brett, of Salamander Vitality, is just a next level massage therapist/healer. I’ve worked with him over the last year and it’s been one of the greatest things I could do as a amateur powerlifter in regards to recovery and body work. His approach to my pain points are unique to how I feel on the day and he will take in every bit of information I give him and manages to exceed my expectations. As an amateur powerlifter, I would constantly be missing gym sessions due to injuries. But now that I’ve worked with Brett, I have never missed a gym session due to injury. Coincidence? I think not. If you want to take your training to greater heights, you should seek his assistance with your recovery — if you don’t, your loss! And if you just want an incredible massage session with dope sound bathing and an intuitive healer, you should book with Salamander Vitality. 10/10, Brett is the GOAT in the Wilmington region, no doubt about it.

Just had an amazing experience at Salamander Vitality. I call it an experience and not just a great massage because of all that is put into the session. The vibrations of the various soft instruments of the ” Sound Bath ” provide an exciting energy starting the massage. Brett is very accommodating to focus on your problem areas. Combine that with how he applies the hot stones, relaxing lotion and hot towels, I knew right away that 60 minutes was too short. Brett is also a class act gentleman.
