Critical: Communication, QualityThe spa itself needs some cosmetic work. Carpeting is old and certain areas need a fresh coat of paint. My husband and I went for services. We could not get have manicures and pedicures because there was only 1 nail tech on duty.. My facial was very nice and my husband said his massage was okay. There was no one in the woman’s locker area to help me find larger spa shoes or explain how to lock the locker. I wandered around calling out hello until finally was able to get help because she didn’t know how to work the lockers either.The spa itself needs some cosmetic work.
