This was my absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had! The lady, a younger lady, was not in a good mood, and it showed! Well, since I’m not in this position, I really can’t understand why you’re frowning or being rough with me. 1 Slapping my legs, growling through your mask…? I’m in the service industry, and you’ll never know if I’m not in a good mood because it’s not your fault nor your concern. Someone failed to give this lesson!! She works in my heels, which I’ll admittedly were a mess. She hurried through that, but when I asked her to go over them a little moreso, she exclaimed that I have to come back every 31 weeks. I’ve used Sala Nails several times, mostly with good experiences. The last visit caused me to have an extremely infected toe nail! I don’t think I will be returning. Hygiene and sanitization are a must in this line of work and apparently it’s not important to them. Pedicure
