Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityCalled this place two weeks advanced to book a Father’s Day massage not only be cancelled 10 mins before my appointment time. I went Inside earlier that day to see how the place looks because their is no pictures or reviews to base it off. They literally told me it was tooooo busy and I need to leave when I was there. I explained I have an appointment for my father and wanted to see how the place look because I refused to bring him somewhere he does not feel comfortable. I left while they kept telling toooo busy too busy. I went to pick up my father but as soon as he gets in the car, I received a call telling NO MORE APPOINTMENT, we cancel now! I asked why and she stated, “we don’t want to book no more”. Not once was I rude to anyone here, she hung up on me 3 times and and block my number. HIGHLY WOULD recommend NOT to take your chance at this place.
