Lisa was amazing!!! It was my first time getting acrylics, but she made sure I understood everything before doing it. She was super nice, and made me feel right at home. I was originally just going to get light blue, but then she recommended a design on them. I decided to get white stripes(randomly) and asked if she could do it. For it being freestyle, it looked incredible. 11/10 recommend. The whole staff is very welcoming too. The place is very well kept and makes it feel very open.

My first time at Sakura was the best experience I’ve had in a while! Most comforting and welcoming people! Very beautiful place, and the staff are so friendly and made sure I was happy with everything! I’m so in love with my nails, they did beautifully on the nails and design. I definitely recommend!!!! I have been to this salon several times and always had good experiences. I went to the salon this time with a design in mind and the first time I got it done was awful. I was going to brush it off because I didn’t have time to get them fixed, but Lee looked at my nails before I left and said I could come back anytime and get them fixed with no charge. He even called and texted me to remind me to come in to get them fixed. Ruby did them the second time and did amazing!! The customer service here (and finding a good nail tech) is the reason I will continue going. Picture shown is after Ruby fixed them

My first time here and it was an AMAZING experience! I was a walk in and they got me back right away and I only had to wait less than 10 minutes for my technician.From start to finish everyone was super friendly! The salon is clean and they played calming instrumental music which was so relaxing. I liked that there is only one TV in the salon and it wasn’t turned up high at all. The technicians weren’t on their phones or talking loudly to each other. It was truly a relaxing experience (which is what I want when I get a pedicure). The massage chairs were high tech and had a lot of extra features! I got the luxury pedicure and it was so nice! I can’t wait to come back.

I’m a nail biter and have zero nail bed. People understandably have problems putting fake nails on my tiny nail beds. However, the Sakura nail tech did an incredible job getting them on well and even shaped like it’s my actual nail. Plus, they were incredibly nice and attentive. It was my first time coming here, but I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

This place is so welcoming and relaxing. I decided last minute to have a mommy day and called this salon for pricing. They were very nice on the phone so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. When I walked in I was greeted and seated right away. Offered a beverage and those pedi chairs almost put me to sleep. My tech was Diana and she was so sweet. Will go back again

I called and spoke with Lisa before I went to this shop for the first time as she is the owner. She was unavailable to do my services, but had me go with Diana who was awesome. She gave a wonderful massage both on my hands and on my feet and legs and her polishing was wonderful as well. Had been with another place for approximately 15 years and was treated very rudely the last time I was there, so that’s why I’m going to a new place. I will continue going to Sakura.

When I first visited Sakura they were very inviting, offered wine, soft drinks, etc. That was the only time I’ve had that kind of treatment. I’ve gone several times as it is very convenient to my home and a beautiful salon and each time is a little less inviting. I went today for a pedicure and had the feeling I was an intrusion. When the pedicure was over I was left sitting there for the polish to dry. No one ever came back to check on me so I finally stopped someone going by and left. I believe I’ll have to go back to my original salon.
