Loved my nails! It is so hard to find a great nail’s salon and I’m so happy I did and it’s so close to my house. Celine I think it’s her name, took her time and did not rush. I got a mani, pedi and eyebrows done. The mani was powder and I am sooo happy with the results! It looks so, so natural. Exactly what I wanted. I also like their hours of operation. The place is super clean and the whole staff is super friendly.

Everyone that works there is so nice n they do a beautiful job each time I go. The place is also kept very clean. I have no complaints about this nail salon at all whatsoever. I’m a very satisfied customer n will religiously go every 2 weeks for me mani/pedi with my daughter (n today, even my son came n got his nails clipped n cleaned for the 1st time).

I was so excited to see that Sakura Nail Spa had opened in the location of the prior AA Nails. Since AA Nails closed I have been hopping around between salons, never finding one that satisfied me. Today was my first time at the new Sakura Salon and I had a GREAT experience. Everyone there was extremely friendly and I had a nice conversation with the owner. My manicure looks great! I also liked how clean the salon was, and the fact that my technician opened up a fresh set of tools to use on me- so I know everything is very sterile. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be going back next weekend and am optimistic that this will become my favorite salon. Highly Recommend!!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis place gets zero stars from me if I could give zero stars. They advertise an $18 mani/pedi special on their website but when I went on Monday at 10:15am they refused to honor it saying the special was over. There was no disinfecting of surfaces between clients. The place was not very clean – many surfaces were very dusty and the plastic sheeting hanging around the pedicure chairs looked very dirty. There was no disinfecting of instruments used for the manicure or pedicure- they just wipe them off on paper towel or a dirty towel. Once and done for me – I will not use a place that has deceptive advertising about a special they refuse to honor. After they started to do my nails, she stopped to take someone else and left me in the chair for about 15 minutes.Second- Not friendly at all. The guy who did my nails gave me an awesome foot massage!!! Although he kinda messed up one of my toe when he took off the toespacers, the overall treatment was good. I gave it 3 stars because the water did not have the jets on.

The owner was super rude today because I requested to push back the cuticles. He started buffing my nails aggressively and speaking his language to his co workers. I don’t like my cuticles cut and when the cuticle is not push back the polish gets on the curicle. I referred so many people here , last time ill be going there or referring customers.
