Amazing customer service. I love Kelly! I am not very knowledgeable about the different types of nails you can get (gel, acrylic, dip, etc.) and Kelly very nicely explained them to me and helped me discover the right choice for my nails. She is very friendly and made my whole experience enjoyable. She is extremely attentive to detail and makes sure to give you the very best service she can offer. I would almost go so far as to say this is the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and satisfied with my nails. Thank you so much! I will absolutely be back (they also have a loyalty program to earn points towards money off future services, which I just found out today)

I got lucky and saw my friend getting a pedicure here. When I walked in Kelle was so warm and inviting. I was very excited to schedule an appointment the following Saturday for myself and a friend. Kelley was very polite on the phone. My appointment was very pleasant. Kelley took care of both of us. I loved that everyone was so nice. I also loved that Kelley talked to us during our appointment. In the past I had others just do my nails, no conversation. It was not a pleasant experience. Both my friend and I enjoyed our time here. I also found out that there are a lot of customers that have been going here for years! That speaks volumes for a business!
