Been here many times over the years. Love that you can get a foot massage that included a bit of shoulder work with a friend or 5!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismSometimes, I’d either call or drop in for a foot massage and very often the owner would up sell me, which wasn’t hard, plus, prices are amazing! Usually I had time, so a 1.5hr appointment was not unreasonable. That was before COVID. During the pandemic, I’d gone once and it was good. There were three of us in a large room, all spread out and the foot massage was as amazing as ever. I dropped in recently and was told they were all booked. No welcome or hello. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and was told again that they were all booked and to take a card and call some other time. If they are short-staffed, they should say that. As I was turning to leave, I was told they might have an appointment later. The abruptness is a huge turn-off.Sometimes, I’d either call or drop in for a foot massage and very often the owner would up sell me, which wasn’t hard, plus, prices are amazing! This place is a little respite in a busy world. It’s very clean and comfortable. I bring my own eye mask and play my own music on head phones. While soaking feet in warm water, they start with a neck, shoulder and back massage, then you lie down and they massage your feet and calves. Some deep thumping and a bit of stretching and you feel so relaxed. The room is large with fully reclining chairs, yet very quiet and professional. I’ve been there many times and never been disappointed.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is a mixed bag in terms of quality of massage. Most people are fair-good. A select few are great. The hours online state they are open until 10:00 pm. I just called (it is 7:30 pm) and a lady with a very harsh voice abruptly said they close at 8 pm–and I was simply calling to see if they were open post-COVID. Basically, she was telling me, “Don’t even think about coming here today!”This isn’t the first time this happened. I live 5-10 mins away and this happened before. So, I showed up and they took me right away–this has happened 2 or 3 times. The bad reviews don’t surprise me and are not to farfetched with my experience there. I’ve been here 5-6 times or more. I would return if the manager’s service was good and if she was more professional. Whenever I have to work with her she makes me feel like an inconvenience–and I tip very well–so that isn’t the issue. I’ve seen her eyebrows raise with how much I tip some of her employees. All the workers are nice. The manager, however, is not. It’s too bad because otherwise this place would be great! The managers demeanor, simply put, makes me not want to go here. If I end up coming back, it is because I happen to have enough in me to deal with her untoward attitude. This place is a mixed bag in terms of quality of massage. Most people are fair-good. Critical: ProfessionalismThis was awful! I went in for a 60 min foot massage they did up sell me to the body work as well. The guy touched his face and coughed and snorted the entire time. Leaving the room once to cough up some phlegm!! I asked if he was sick he said no. I felt so disgusting when leaving!! So unprofessional

These humans are magical. I thought I was just going to a little hole in the wall, probably sit in a chair, whatever. They were above and beyond my expectations. Clean, professional, very reasonably priced. They have a dark room with music and very comfortable beds. They wrap you up in blankets while they work on you and put a nice towel over your eyes. I feel like a new person. Definitely coming back.

I rate this spot 3 stars. I’ve come here many many times and the more I continue going the more I realize how inconsistent every employee is. Sometimes I have great experiences and other times I truly feel like the person doesn’t know what they’re doing or isn’t licensed. As far as clean…I’ve witness them keeping the bottom towel that covers the bed you’re laying on, on the table for the next person!!! That is definitely not sanitary. They do however seem to wash the top towel that goes on top. At the end of the service I usually tip my person around $10 but they give a vibe they are unhappy with that amount. I’ve recently going to other places because this place doesn’t 100% satisfy me.

Not relaxing. I wanted to see what “reflexology” was all about. I booked an appointment for me and my mom. Not at all what we expected. An open room with 8 “chairs” that reclined but had “arms” The dirty/dead fish tank should have been the first dead give away but in we went. 8 chairs in 1 open room. Nothing about it was relaxing…I literally asked them (they switched people 1/2 way through) to stop. People came/went into the room. 3 times I say “Ouch!” Nothing relaxing about it…the “therapists” talked to each other and laughed the whole time, they just PRESSED on my skin the whole time. The music was terrible too. You get what you pay for! I was literally in pain when I left…

Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful experience. Didn’t get the name of my reflexologist but he did a fantastic job. My daughter enjoyed her treatment as well, and we floated out of there on clouds of bliss!

Decent massage but they expect more money for a tip. Will find another place to go.
