I recently visited the place for threading and was pleased with the quality of the service. The person who performed the threading was skilled in shaping and speaking to the customer. However, I was disappointed when they attempted to charge me $15 for eyebrow threading, which was listed as $9. They claimed there was an additional fee for threading the forehead area, which soured the experience for me.

She cut off way more hair than I asked for, so now it is extremely short. I then told her this is not what I asked for and she said it is too late. This stylist is flawless on the eyebrow threading period. I have traveled from IL to AZ and no one else can touch her threading…not even a close second. I will travel for her services and I will patiently wait for this perfectionist Eyebrow threading

I go every couple of month to get a threading. Bushra always does a great job! Best threading in the area. However, they always forget to turn the open sign off when they are closed. I have gone in twice before closing time and waited while they serviced someone else only to be told they were closed. I have also shown up when their hours state they are open to find the place still closed up.

Bad customer service! I got to this place 20mins before they closed. As soon as i walked in the door the lady working on this day(Sunday) said that she would not take because she had 2 other people she needed to get to and had to close. Now I’m a very understanding person but I do not believe it takes 20mins to do 2 other eyebrows!!! You don’t stop taking customers 20mins before you close and the open sign was on! I also live 20-25mins away so i was PISSED!!

Worst service ever. I booked an appointment. She keeps giving me excuses for not doing it . She was like ” find someone else” . If you have your business than know how to handle it . If your salon is open on Sunday when I already came in person to get your information to get ready for a weeding and now you say can’t be possible. I asked what timings and I never got an actual answer from them . Thanks.
