I had such a positive experience with the PA, Kristin Fink. I had no wait time in the waiting room. The nurse was very sweet, and Kristin was one of the best providers I have ever met with. She was such a good listener and I felt like she was totally present with me and not thinking of the next thing she needed to do. She gave me much more specific and personalized advice than either of the other two dermatologists I have seen, and I felt like she truly cared about helping me. I usually take notes when I’m at a visit so I can remember things later, but her nurse was typing the whole time we were talking, so I left with a packet of personalized notes of all of Kristin’s advice from the visit. I’m very thankful to have finally found a dermatologist that I like and trust.

My experience was HORRIBLE! Made an appointment to be seen for several things. Dr. was very rushed. I felt they wanted to get me in and out as fast as they could. Communication was also horrible. Nothing like having their assistant tell you to fully undress for a full body exam. When you are going in for something simple. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. It did put me on guard. Just because you hear so many stories of medical mix-ups. Dr. only addressed one issue, and had their hand on the door ready to leave. I reminded them that I was here to be seen for several other things. Everything was reverted back to “dry skin”. Asked about removing some skin tags, and they didn’t want to, because my insurance would not cover it. It would cost me $200-300 for the removal and they didn’t want to stick me with the bill. Insurance does cover it, up to 40 removals per year. I understand they would not have known the information on the spot, but it would be nice to have checked before just writing something off. Over all, I just felt like I didn’t get a complete exam, will be looking for another provider.

I have been waiting 2 months for my prescription to be approved through insurance and the nurse just submitted it today. She will not call me back, and huffed and puffed on January 5th when I called and said my insurance changed and needed new approval. Really sucks when good doctors have horrible nurses. Finding new doctor.

Had an exam with PA Kristin Fink. I would highly recommend her. Great bedside manner, listens to my concerns, and great communication. Nurse and check out were great too.

I’ve been waiting over a week for someone to contact me about scheduling an appointment for a skin issue I would like to get under control ASAP, after several attempts to do so. That wait time is absurd for a health system as big as Saint Luke’s.

I’m not going to give less than 5 stars for something I don’t know yet. I’m leaving this review to inform you that I’ve called 3 times trying to cancel my appointment but I’ve been places on hold…. this is me saying I will not make it to my appointment.

Laura from the appointment desk has the worst customer service I have ever heard. She does not listen, but talks only about insurance with very annoying voice. It is not even worth a star for the review!
