After working last night I went by this morning to check them out. I was welcome the time I walked in the door, I told them I was not in a hurry. The gentleman told me that the lady (Kim) would take care of what ever I needed. Her name was Kim and she did a GREAT job, I got a shave and my beard trimmed up to my liking. I can’t tell you what all Kim did for me from this list above, had my head shaved and beard trimmed.

I took my grandson for a haircut. He was very difficult. The staff was very polite, professional and did a great job. I don’t know how anyone could have a successfully cut his hair. But the guy did an awesome, perfect job! I love seeing downtown businesses thrive! Thanks !!

Experienced poor customer service. Sains is a walk in, write your name down, and get a haircut barbershop. The poor customer service I had experienced was when I came in and requested the barber “James”, as I sat there to wait I seen the young gentleman walk by me and I inquired about his name and services assuming I was next in line for a haircut. “James” proceeded to tell me that he could not cut my hair due to me not having an appointment and told me I had to download “his app” to schedule an appointment. This has took me by surprise because I had never experienced this before with any of the other barbers. Sains is a place I recommend but I do not recommend the barber “James”. You have a better chance actually getting your haircut with the other barbers who respect you and your time.

I would highly recommend not visiting this barber shop. The barbers do not listen to what you are wanting and opt for doing as the please instead. They have made my hair look absolutely terrible on several occasions and I will never be back. Hair shape up

This use to be a great place for my husband and son to get haircuts. The last few months they have not done a good job and the last cut ruined both my son and husband’s hair. My son’s was so bad I had to call my hairdresser to get him in on an emergency basis on her day off to fix it. She said “normally I’d say let it go but you need to tell someone about this” because of how bad it looked.We will not be back. If scheduling appointments were a thing maybe they would not be so over worked and overwhelmed and actually take the time needed to do a good job.

There staff is amazing. However if you don’t have the time to wait to be seen. Find another spot. Parking is only 2 hrs. I was waiting around an hour and a half to be seen. So I had to leave.
