Lucky did my nails here. He is the #1 nail tech, ask for him. He has over 15 years of experience and did an amazing job! He’s a great person and makes you feel comfortable. He showed me every nail and made sure I was happy with it. I took 500 years to pick a color and he was very patient.

Surprisingly not the worst ive been to but a close second. Just a sloppy job, felt rushed and hands and nails not treated with care. The person I got even had to hand me over to another tech to remove gel from my nails cause he couldn’t and she was working with another client so I felt bad. During that switch process my pedicure got hit and when I asked for it fixed, picture shows final result. Didn’t even care to ask for a fix again just wanted to get out of there. Safe to say, never coming back.

Worst nails ever!!! I never write reviews for anything but I had to for this place. I came in for a full acrylic set and right of the bat the man helping me check in was rude. He had an attitude for no reason. I put down that I wanted acrylic full set and pedicure and they later forgot to do my pedicure so I had to ask again. As for the acrylics the pictures will speak for themselves. This place sucks.

Overcharged. Sloppy job. And it took 4 hours to do a mai pedi. The lady didn’t know what she what she was doing. Missed all of the edges and cut down the nails so low when I asked her to keep the length and shape. Gel manicures

There are some great nail techs here but Dinora is very rude and does not know what she is doing . She has poor customer service, She made my nails slanted and when I told her she gave me an attitude. If your going there do not use her . Acrylic nails

So I made an appointment online and I called to let them know I was going to be late, they still took me as soon as I arrived. However the guy who was my nail tech smelled of cigarettes as soon as he came in to assist me. He was very nice don’t get me wrong but he just didn’t do a good job nor made me feel comfortable. It’s simple black gel manicure. He had to take the old polish off and used that drill and was filing my skin at times. Then when it was time to put my hands in the UV light he had me do one or two fingers at a time? Then when I was just about done, he filed my nails AFTER they were painted? He also got alot of paint on my hands. I should’ve said something while I was there but I paid. Gave a tip anyways and left. I called and complained and was given a 2 day window to return for them to fix the terrible mistake but I just didn’t want/have the time to come back. The first picture is day 4 and the last 3 are about an hour afterwards. Maybe other people are better nail techs but this guy (again very nice) with his “25 years experience” just didn’t do a good job.

Katie did a good job with my acrylic fill and gel color. It took about an hour and it looks very neat & professional. I will definitely come back but will ask for more of a curve to my nails, hopefully she can do this Acrylic nails

Went here for the first time in a long time because they used to be great. I spent a long time and a lot of money and left completely disappointed. $200+ for a horribly shaped set of nails, sloppy polish, and craft glitter covered in top coat essentially making 4 of my nails into black sandpaper. It is absolutely horrible. The only positive was the wax job by rose which was wonderful and my daughters mani done by a newer employee which was also wonderful. The construction going on while clients are paying for high end services was a turn off as well. After 20 years of frequenting this business on and off I can say for sure I won’t be back.
