Critical: QualityI do not recommend getting waxed here. I came in for an eyebrow wax and 5 minutes after waxing, I noticed the technician had burned off skin on my eyelid. The following day I woke up with my eye lids completely swollen. The second picture is from immediately after, the first is the following morning. I am in pain and discomfort.Service: Waxing

They are by far the best nail shop that I’ve gone to. When I went in for the first time 2 weeks ago I had a set on that another shop butchered. I came out so pleased and Lena did a wonderful job. I’ve always admired nail art but anytime I showed other salons they made it seem like it was an inconvenience or too much work. When I came to Saigon, I was just going to do a basic color & make it easy for everyone. As soon as I sat down, Annie asked if I wanted a design. I hesitated, didn’t want to be bother- she then opens her instagram (@nails.byannie90) and showed me all the designs she’s done! I settled on a leaf pattern & the service was nice. She hand painted the leaves & not just an orange. She added depth & color to it! It was beautiful. I like it, Picasso.

Was scheduled at 5pm got there a few minutes early just to not even be acknowledged about my appointment. I then sat there to watch another lady walk in with the same appointment time and get seen before me even after she walked in late. I asked multiple times when would I get seen and it was always in one minute ok. I left due to poor communication and the salon was very unorganized. Wish I could have given a zero stars to be perfectly honest.

I am really shocked that this place has such a high rating. It is so dirty and gross inside. I got a mani pedi. When I was getting my pedicure a guy was also giving me a manicure but did not polish it… I was told to go sit at a table to have it polished, but it was done by a different woman. After like 2 days my nail polish started peeling up-and-coming off. I came back to have the polish redone on the 3 nails that were peeling off and it was a slightly different shade of polish. Which makes me think that they used the wrong type of polish on my hands. And the lady condescendingly asked me who had done my nails, when she was the one who had painted them. Even though they fixed them it didn’t matter bc the rest of the nails also started to peel up and I had to remove the gel polish.
