I have been here about a dozen times. I don’t get to go as often as I would like. It is always clean, and although a little more expensive than other places in the area they always do a great job. I can walk in there and just show a sample picture and come out with my nails done to perfection. My most recent being these almond ombre nails! A real almond for comparison lol

My pedicure was good – no real complaints on the service….but the owner?!? Ugh! Had a gift card from late 2019, and hadn’t used it because of the two year pandemic hiatus. She said it was expired (does not list any type of expiration detail anywhere) and she would use it for my services today, but was taking back what was leftover. She mentioned last time that she had already paid taxes on the money, and it was too long ago, too. P.S. That’s how gift cards work….or clearly identify an expiration date on the first card. Are you kidding me? Pretty ridiculous and rude. I’m done with this place.

I had to try a new salon due to being home for the holidays. I do dip on my real nails. I have been growing them out for 4 months to get them all the length I want. 2 of them have broke in less than a week. When I went to get the first fix I told the lady how disappointed I was since they are my real nails and she didn’t even seem to care. They only did two layers of dip and I told her the others are too weak they will break but she said no they are fine. A few days later and now another has broke. It’s ridiculous to pay $50 for them to do 2 layers and have them all not even look well shaped and even but then to break.

Not nice and not kid friendly. We went in to get my daughters nails painted and one of the women yelled that they have no appointments because they are too busy. I asked when we should come back and she said “no.” I called when we got back to the car to see if they had any appointments “for a pedicure” because they did not look busy and the same woman answered and told me to come right in.

They try to go too fast & the results are poor. I had bubbles in my shellac manicure and the sides of some of my toenails weren’t painted in all the way. They definitely don’t pay attention to detail. Tried it out multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt & was disappointed every time. Too expensive for such a waste of time.

Overall they were really nice and efficient. However, I don’t like the “oval” manicure. They look pointy and weird without polish, especially. On the upside, the polish lasts far long than when I do them at home. Manicure

I would not recommend Saigon Spa for acrylic nails. My daughter went in for a full set yesterday and ended up at a different nail salon to have them repaired and redone they were so poorly applied. My daughter told them several times while they were working on her nails that she did not like them that the acrylic was to think and bumpy. They did not address any of her concerns and she left crying and having to pay for a full set of nails that looked terrible. They did not even give her an option for a resolution. They did respond when I called to address the situation. But it was too late at that point for any repair to the service that had been given to my daughter. I do feel that they took advantage of her because she was young.
