Walked into the salon to specifically ask if they could accommodate four pedicures at once, as I had family in from out-of-town and we thought it would be a relaxing thing to do together the day before Thanksgiving. I was told they could. Just got here, and they only have 3 people assigned to our group. They didn’t say anything until I asked when the 4th person would be there. All they said was someone else was supposed to show up soon. He didn’t, and my sister ended up leaving. Don’t commit to being able to perform unless you can. Guess I should have read some of the other reviews before I booked this appointment. I won’t be going back.

Went here for 3 pedicures, and we were seated right away. The wait for them to actually do our feet was about 30mins due to them being slammed. We weren’t in a rush, so it wasn’t an issue. Flower did my husband, mine, and my daughter’s pedicures. She was very sweet and super kind to my daughter. Will return.

I will never go here again, had an appointment with my daughter yesterday, we’ve been moving all week and thought it would be a great idea to relax and enjoy a pedicure. BIG mistake worse experience ever, rushed my pedicure, booted me out of the seat before my toe polish was even dry, and they smudged, didn’t even cover all my toe nails completely. Used the wrong color on my daughter’s toes and she mentioned it to the tech and he started it would look different with 2nd coat and it was gel at that, to top it off when rubbing her feet hurt her twice , she was about in tears

I walked in and asked if they had time for a polish change (my fingernails). He said no, to come back in an hour. So I came back when he said to and still had to wait 30 minutes. Then I told the lady that I wanted a color change. She took the old polish off, put new color on, and then rubbed some lotion on my hands. When I went to pay they charged me for a full manicure! I told him I just wanted a polish change and he said, oh, sorry, she gave you a manicure. Which she didn’t. She didn’t file my nails or cut my cuticles. I won’t be going back!

Walked in at 11 and asked if they had room for a pedicure. The guy at the front said they did not but they could take me in at 2pm. Went back at 2 for my pedicure and they had me waiting for 35 minutes. They did not say anything to me and I could tell that I was going to be waiting for another half hour for the three other technicians to finish their pedicures. They certainly do not like their time wasted so don’t waste the customers time!!! Pedicures are ridiculously overpriced as well. Will never be coming back.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure done. The paint is awful. The sides of most my finger nails don’t have color and are ragged from being chunked into. The filing wasn’t done properly and I had to sit in my car and try to fix all the sharp edges that got missed. The pedicure was not good either. Only used the cuticle softener on one foot and forgot it just skipped it on the other. Took way to long to get done, when they had staff standing around who could have handled the nails while the pedicaute was being done. For all the money and time this took I’m super disappointed and will not be back.

Not normally one to leave a review but for such a nice place with a friendly receptionist, I was really disappointed after my experience. I don’t get a lot of opportunities to relax and pamper myself, so I was a little irritated when the technician kept showing me how bad my cuticles were. After picking a color I was told twice that I wouldn’t like that color and to pick another one. I didn’t realize how bad my nails looked until I just got home and really looked at them. They’re jagged and messy. I felt like my service was rushed and the final product is proof of that.
