So I asked for the full pedicure which is supposed to include callus removal. I still have a big callus on my right foot. I also asked for acrylic on my toenails. I typically do my own at home because every time I go to a salon they rush and don’t fix it when you tell them, or they act like it’s an inconvenience. I will say that I was sat quickly. I think maybe if I got someone else they might have done better. I paid $95 to leave with dead skin under my nails and around my cuticles. Everyone was very nice though. The photo with both of my feet I did myself. Who I don’t think expecting the same or better when I’m paying close to $100 is asking too much.

This was my first time using this nail salon. I was seated promptly and I was able to show the nail tech a picture of what I wanted. He did an amazing job! He didn’t hurt my nail bed or make them bleed at all. The shape of them was perfect and the colors were exactly what I asked for. He did such a great job that I will DEF be a repeat customer.

Not worth the money. I can paint my nails better at home. Not to mention, they don’t stick to a fixed price. They say they’ll give you 5% off for using cash, but half the time they don’t unless you say something about it. I get the same gel manicure and #2 pedicure and for some reason it will range $10-$15 in price. It’s not clean in there either-the floor never looks vacuumed and their stations never looked wiped down.

It was my first time going here and the guy who did my nails did SUCH a great job! The atmosphere was bright and happy and the guy who did my nails took his time and even suggested a color that would look better with my butterflies! I’m definitely coming back here again!

The team is friendly and very professional, I didn’t feel rushed at all and I really enjoyed the conversation with my nail tech who has 11 years of experience and it really shows: fast and careful movements, great attention to detail. My set lays nice and flat, they almost look like press-ons they are so neat and beautifully laid. I am very happy with the service I received and I can’t wait to come back again and again. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI usually go to Saigon because they do okay on nails, but this experience was awful. I asked for a V shape with STRAIGHT lines, the man definitely didn’t know what straight was. Also my nails are longer than I asked and they lift so much, looking like they are flying away. $50 to be disappointed. I would not recommend

Time to go back to Saigon nails. They do a fabulous job. Wonderful and friendly service. They massage ur hands at the end of ur hand care. It felt amazing. Clean and disinfected as well. Thank you Saigon employees!

Such an awful experience. The woman doing my nails complained when I showed her an inspo picture for a manicure and proceeded to ignore me when I asked about a specific color. I asked for a simple French manicure and when I told her the white was too thick for my preference, she and her coworker proceeded to laugh at me and say I’m “picky.” Rude customer service
