The entire staff here are absolutely amazing. I honestly can not say enough about the service, quality, speed, and interaction of every single person who works here. Donna helped me on my 1st visit and gave me ideas on what to do with my nails and even steered me towards dip, which is my new go to now, the dip manicure lasts forever! She really took the time to talk with me which meant everything as I have been to so many nail salons where no one more than a few word to me. I knew I would come back here, and I have a handful of times and everytime they hit it out of the park. I had Linh last night and she was amazing! Donna does incredible work and is a true artist with her nail design and attention to detial. You will not be disappointed!

I recently moved to the Falmouth area and needed a new nail salon. After a bad experience At another local salon, I decided to try Saigon Nails. I had booked an appointment online, and upon arriving they seemed relatively busy. One of the employees saw I was struggling to choose a color (I had one in mind) and offered me more options of a new product and I was super appreciative of that. I did have to wait a few minutes, which is no big deal to me. My experience did feel a little rushed, but my nails came out great and for a busy business I can appreciate the hustle. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the kind hospitality and cleanliness.

I came in for a mani-pedi. I got a young man with highlighted hair. We started with my pedi. I advised him my nail on both big toes were ingrown and I wanted the connors cut. He was working on my right foot and the right side of the nail and hurt me not once, not twice, but three times. I yelped each time. He then started my mani and at one point hit a hangnail on the right thumb and made it bleed. Need less to say I won’t be back. I now need to go have my ingrown nails down by someone more professional.
