Don’t come here. They did a terrible job on my dip nails, cut my cuticle to the point of it bleeding, and on top of it left polish all over my fingers. They did not even apologize and kept saying “it is out of our control.” Very unprofessional and I will never be returning to this place. I have never had a place cut me during my nail appointment and do a terrible job on top of it. She did not apologize for anything and was very rude. 0/10 stars. Take your money somewhere else.

Though I don’t get my nails painted, the work that I see while I’m in the nail salon is beautiful! Instead, I get extra an long massage for my guy feet and legs! BEST NAIL SALON IN BOSTON! If you want amazing quality nails, and excellent customer service this is the place!!! My nails last forever here, and the technicians do several things that I never see most nail salons do, I. E. Glue the edges of your nails in a refill, which prevents breakage, give a hand massage, offer a bottle of water etc.

I have been coming to Saigon Nails for over 6 years. Each of the nail technicians are extremely detailed, patient, and meticulous. I have never left the salon feeling like my nails were “just off”. My gel manicures last well into 3 weeks, much longer than when I get them done at salons in downtown Boston. Kim is incredibly nice, friendly, and will make you feel like her #1 customer. The salon is clean, the pedicures are very relaxing, and the service is the best you will find in the Boston area. I’m a very loyal customer and will continue to be as long as I live in Boston.
