Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGabby absolutely fried my daughter’s hair. She paid $125 for her hair to be totally destroyed, a horrible botched cut and half of her hair to fall out. When we called the same day, the manager gave us products at their cost not retail. The amounts of bleach and the length of time she left it on cause major issues for her and her hair. If I could post pictures of how horrible this was, I would. My daughter had to have all of her hair cut off because of this disaster! I would never reccomend anyone going to her if there was an option for 0 stars that’s what she would have been given. For a 16 year, having her hair totally fried and having to cut it all off is a nightmare! Especially when she has had her hair done multiple times and this has never happened with her regular cosmetologist, not once!Gabby absolutely fried my daughter’s hair.
