Critical: CommunicationI wanted to share this feedback directly with the owner but the contact page is not functional on their website and although I tried to reach my therapist via phone on a few occasions, the mailbox is full and I couldn’t leave a message. My experience wasn’t what I had hoped for. I believe that it is important to set up an serene environment in preparation for a service like a massage but I was waiting outside a locked studio for 10 min before the therapist even arrived. The massage itself was fine but I did not like the “warm up” machine that was used at the beginning which is very loud and not soothing at all. Most importantly, I was left with neck pain (skeletal) for several days after. It felt like a bone in the back of my neck was bruised. Lastly, the first visit promo never got applied. The rest I could not fault as the studio is cute and clean. I wanted to share this feedback directly with the owner but the contact page is not functional on their website and although I tried to reach my therapist via phone on a few occasions, the mailbox is full and I couldn’t leave a message. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJust finished my deep tissue massage with massage therapist Patrick. I have had deep tissue massages since I was 45 years old, I’m 68 currently, this is without a doubt the best massage I’ve ever had done on myself. Highly recommend this studio .
