Sage Springs Club is a full service state-of-the-art athletic facility that is open to Sunriver Resort guests and Sage Springs members. The club provides fitness classes, tennis, a modern athletic facility, indoor lap pool, private locker rooms, hot tubs and much more.

We go to Sunriver every year for at least the last 10 plus years and I finally was able to check this place out with a buddy of mine. You feel the Zen right when you walk in. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the spa is great. I did not get a massage there but we’ll definitely try to book one next time I’m there. They have a steam room and a sauna, but the sauna does cost a little extra. There’s also a nice weight room that has both free weights and machines as well as lots of elliptical and bike riding stations. Again just a great place to go and work out and relax.

The indoor tennis courts were in wonderful condition and our group enjoyed playing there. However, the outdoor courts were in terrible repair. There was pine needles on the courts, and only one of the four courts had a net strap that would keep the net at the correct height. That was court 1. Courts 2 and 3 had net straps that could not be secured at the bottom, hence the nets were too high. If you are going to pay for courts, play indoors or go elsewhere to play!

This is an amazing place at Sunriver Resort with good facilities for gym, swimming, tennis and spa. The gym is old but well maintained, plenty of cardio and weight machines. There are 4 tennis courts and mostly available. Lap swim pool is bit smaller but good enough for morning exercise. Lounge always have a lemon water and coffee, and the staff is super courteous.

I enjoyed my visit to the spa – a gift from a friend while we were visiting Bend. The changing and relaxation rooms were nicely appointed and smelled of heavenly eucalyptus. David, my capable masseuse, made me feel very comfortable and actually managed to eliminate my pent-up, end-of-year teacher stress.

They never seem to answer the phone. Then there’s no option to continue holding, only to leave a message. I call when I have time to use the phone, I’d rather wait on hold until I run out of time than hope they call back at a time I’m near my phone. Not sure how you’re supposed to make reservations that way…

Nice facilities, but the women’s locker room spa and steamroom have been closed for maintenance for at least three weeks. Not good for a resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
