This has been hands down, my best experience getting my nails done ever. I really enjoyed the staff they made me and my friend feel comfortable. They were talkative with us and gave us both everything that we asked for. I had Lily and she did exactly what I wanted without hesitation. Seriously, if you’re considering this place, don’t even hesitate just go… You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been here before for a pedicure prior to the pandemic and it was great. Today I had dip nails done after taking a break from acrylics (done at a different salon) for a while. I love them. They look great! I especially love that she trimmed my cuticles and didn’t file them off. I don’t mind filing with the tool as long as my fingers and cuticles aren’t all knicked up from it up. She did a great job and I will be back!

I will not be returning. Like other reviews have stated, they do not honor their appointments. I scheduled a manicure a week+ in advance, showed up for my appointment on time, and after waiting 10 minutes was told they had double booked me and there was no one available to do my nails. Incredibly disappointing. Especially when you are scheduling (and paying for!) childcare to make the appointment.

I used to come here but never again. They never did a good job cleaning my nails well and whenever I arrived on time for my appointment, they never called me and let other customers who had a later appintment to get their nails done first. My nails didn’t last not longer than a week or 2.

They don’t honor appointments! I made an appointment 1.5 weeks prior to service. I arrived on time, they started service for five others, some who came in after me. After 15 minutes I was told it would be another half an hour. I asked why and told they got busy.! I’ll never go back again!

The place was very nice and clean. The nail techs were friendly and asked lots of questions. My only complaint is that my tech went really fast on my pedicure and did not scrub the top of my feet. It’s not a huge deal, but still something I would hope would get scrubbed.
