First timer but will definitely be back! I was shocked on a busy Saturday that when I asked if there was any openings by chance and she responded yeah just sign in! Got myself signed in and picked a color and she was directing me where to go! Not even a wait?!?! Then the girl promptly did my service (which turned out great) and asked if I would like any special designs. The last salon I tried doing anything at told me “not enough time” and I was a walk in and she was asking me if I wanted more! Then we got them dry and cashed out and once again I was surprised at great pricing! One happy lady right here! Thank you!

Horrible horrible horrible! I went to get my nails done and the lady was rude and made me feel stupid. I was charged close to $50 for her to just put gel on my nails. None of my nails are the same length Rough edges extremely horrible paint job. She didn’t give me a manicure at all and when I voiced my concern she didn’t care and said well I didn’t see any hang nails. Both owners sitting right there did nothing. Horrible place would never recommend them. Also would like a refund. Should not have to pay for a full manicure when she did nothing to manicure my nails. I’m sure these nails won’t last as she did nothing to protect that from happening.

My wife just got her nails done at Sage Nails. Phoebe took advantage of my wife and sold her a package that she didn’t pick and put a gel on that she did not want. And she was automatically charged a tip. This was one her worst experiences at the nail salon. And we will not be patronizing this business ever again. Poor customer service. Management/owners sat there and were non existent.
