I went into Sage to try out a Botox treatment and Nancy was so good at calming my nerves as well as answering my questions. The injection was relatively painless and fairly quick. The results look great! The care Nancy took during and after the session was top-notch. Because of that, I’m now considering other treatments there as well.

I love my results, I wanted to still look natural, but also have that extra enhancement. I would definitely recommend going here. They also make sure to keep you very informed about what is about to go into your body, which I very much appreciated. 🙂

What was even more reassuring is that she is an experienced RN with vast knowledge and experience in infection prevention. I felt I was in good hands and I will be returning.

Nancy makes you feel right at home. She is attentive to any needs you may have before and after procedure. The lidocaine cream was very effective for any minor discomforts I experienced. Another nice addition that I received was an after care skin care pack. I was not given anything at the dermatologist clinic. Also in addition was the price, much less than derm clinic. The best of all, Nancy is an ICU RN. That made me feel confident that her skills and knowledge about skin procedures go beyond just acceptable. I had microneedling with PRP procedure prior at a reputable dermatologist, and this time at Sage Medi Spa, I had a better experience. Nancy makes you feel right at home. She is attentive to any needs you may have before and after procedure. The lidocaine cream was very effective for any minor discomforts I experienced. I’ve had PRP, botox and fillers here and I truly think Iook better than I did in my 30’s! I know many women who have spent more at very expensive plastic surgeons, without the same results. I know many women who have spent more at very expensive plastic surgeons, without the same results. The women here are amazing, knowledgeable and low pressure.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMe and my daughter scheduled xeomin injections a week ago.with in two days both are eye lids dropped.Nancy did give me a refund but that doesn’t help my eye lid or swallon. This was the most horrible experience a mother and daughter could go through. What is mostly hurtful is she is so unprofessional and doesn’t take responsibility for a horrible Mistake gone wrong. Instead of Giving excuses She doesn’t takes responsibility but no she wants to blame. We are still trying to get my daughter’s money back. It’s not about the money it’s about how we have to look for the next 3 months in the horrible experience. I just want to write this review because I do not want anybody else to go through what we have already gone through.
