Sage day spa was soooo relaxing. My mom and I went in for a facial. They have a cute sitting room with light refreshments and the facial rooms are delightful. With calming music, relaxing lighting and our facial techs were superb! We look forward to coming back and enjoying some of the other services they offer!

I was given a gift certificate here from my MIL because she knew I was going through a lot. I was really nervous to use it because I’ve never gotten a massage or a facial before, but now I might be addicted. I have Jordan Barrick especially to thank for this. He was very kind and walked me through what was going on. He was super respectful and profession. And I swear that man’s hands are magic. I have not been this relaxed and pampered in almost 2 decades!! Definitely recommend Jordan and this spa!!! Thank you to all the members there at Sage Day Spa!

The girls in the back that did my massage, facial, and nails we’re super nice and did a great job. The receptionist however was super rude. She was not helpful and looked at me like I was stupid the entire time I was there. Overall it was a good experience….but they should consider training the receptionist to be kinder.

I got a pedicure here today and was not impressed. The nail tech used a dirty file and e-file on me. She also put gel polish on my toes without curing it, I’m guessing she thought it was normal nail polish but 5 hours later it still wasn’t dry and wiped right off. I called and asked for a refund since I had to do my pedicure myself and the receptionist said the manager would call me and I haven’t heard back yet. I will not be wasting my money here again.

I love receiving facials from Sage Day Spa.From the snuggly, modest robes, to the refreshments in the waiting room, to the services they provide I am always in Heaven!The staff are always so friendly and very helpful! During this visit, I was able to receive all that I asked for! The facial was AMAZING – from the wonderful mask to the extractions. I went in with my daughter last week to get our nails done and one of the girls at the front schduled it wrong, it was supposed to be a manicure with gel polish, so we ended up having to get regular nail polish… We had to get them fixed before we even left because they smudged. Well 45 minutes later my daughter and I hadn’t touched ANYTHING so they wouldn’t smudge again but they did. So I called to let them know. At 29 a piece they shouldn’t be smudging almost an hour later. The boss called me and I explained what happened and she went ahead and added the fix to mine and my daughter’s pedicures for today. I said I wanted gel polish and would pay extra for that. So my daughter and I go in today and low and behold, they don’t have time for that. So I said nevermind let’s just do the pedicures. Why would I get regular nail polish again when I’ve had this many problems with it already? I sit in the pedicure chair and again they don’t have time to do gel polish…. Not only that they asked if I wanted my toe nails painted. Isn’t that what a pedicure entails??? I ended up leaving. I feel somewhat bad because I’ve been going here for a few months and Savannah is amazing she’s very sweet and nice but I won’t be going back. Ashley was not the nicest about, she basically said I was lying about being told I would be getting gel polish. Idk I am very upset it left a bad taste in my mouth. I use them for other services and I feel like I won’t be able to even do that at this point. For how much I spent and have spent they should have taken the time to make sure I was satisfied. The first time I went in was with a gift card from my fiance from Valentine’s day, so I feel like my present was ruined and then my mother daughter time was also ruined because of this experience. I’m completely unsatisfied and feel like I should have been treated better and not like I was an inconvenience even though I made appointments. Maybe schedule more time for these things? Idk that’s my experience with this place.

I really enjoy Sage Day Spa! I have been there for eyelash extensions, a massage, facial, and a pedicure. Everything was wonderful except the pedicure. Just took a very long time because the lady was extremely chatty 🙂 Super nice, but I did need to leave and it was just polish and took about 2 hours. Other than that the location is really nice and I love the interior! Staff has always been very kind to me.
