I went here in October of 2021. And a girl named teresah cut my hair. She thinned my hair making it more susceptible to split ends/damage (my hair is curly). And once my hair dried I noticed she layered bad, the front was so short compared to the back, it didn’t flow nicely as layered hair should (I didn’t even ask for layers). Also she cut my hair on the top of my head super short. Would not recommend her to cut your hair at all. Now I have more problems with my hair than before. Don’t get me wrong super nice and apologized a bunch, and offered me 20% off my next cut but to be fair why would I go to someone again after they messed up.

I don’t think the people who work at this salon are adequately trained or they are just really terrible at what they do. About a month later I’m still suffering from ongoing issues relating to the quality of service I received at this salon. I asked for a specific haircut/style and was given something much shorter. I asked for 2 inches to be cut off of my already short hair and what was taken off was more like 6 inches. It might not sound like a big deal, but it is. Beware when going to this salon!

Teresa butchered my wife’s hair – she was shown a picture of what the long hair style should look like and the color it needed to be. My wife lost about a foot of her long hair. She was turned away from the mirror the entire time so she wasn’t able to see what was going on. If you can’t do a certain style, just be honest or have someone else do it. If you’re looking for an experienced salon, this is not it.

5 stars !! I bought a Groupon for a color and cut and Terresa was my stylist and she killed it!!! I had really long hair that was dull and wanted something new. I showed her a picture and she nearly replicated it !! Great job. I can’t stop staring at myself in the mirror lol. Haircut

I had gone to the salon Jenny O. worked at for years, then moved to NJ. When I found out she had landed at Saffire I made an appointment ASAP 🙂 She always does a great cut, and when I decided to color my hair for the first time this year (yipes!) I was confident in her skills – girl does an incredible job with color of all kinds! I’ve had both full and partial balayage with her and it always comes out great.

Gina is fantastic – thoughtful, professional, and skilled. The salon handled my mom, sister, and I on my wedding day and created beautiful styles that held up over the course of the hot August day. I continued to go here for my regular cuts and coloring and was so happy with the beautiful and low maintenance styles Gina was able to come up with and execute. Even as my color fades, it continues to look great and deliberate!

I just had my strawberry blonde hair touched up by Paige and it looks amazing! Typically after I get my roots done they look fire engine red and I hate it! Paige blended the color perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Everybody should go request an appointment with this lovely, young lady. As of right now she’s offering 50% off all hair dying!
