Good stand ups. Clean. Friendly. Expensive. $$$ nothing wrong with Safari. I like them but I wish the bed was better. I go for pain and inflammation some days standing isn’t very comfortable but I like the effects from the standup better. I really wish Valpo had more options to choose from. I did find other options for cost friendly alternatives!!

Honestly one of the best tanning experiences I’ve had in my life. The employees don’t hassle you if you need to cancel or suspend your membership and welcome you back when you resume (unlike some other places I’ve been that try to punish you for canceling). There is always a booth ready, I have rarely ever had to wait. The cost is reasonable and you can pick a plan the works for you as they have multiple options depending of your tanning needs. Be careful of buying your tanning lotion because it is expensive (not their fault as I’m sure the companies they get it from are overly expensive in selling it).

If you’re looking to get a tan from a tanning salon, Safari Beach Tan is pretty decent. With the exception of a lay down Turbo Bed, all tanning is done standing up. Prices aren’t terrible either. It’s cheaper than some and more expensive than others, just like everything else in life.

Love Safari Beach Tan, been going for years! The staff is always polite and accommodating. The place is clean and has great beds. Awesome pricing as well. Just wish they were open a little later on Saturday and Sunday.

Being a Red-Head I’ve never been able to tan my whole life, until I started to use the stand ups at Safari Beach! Prices are always so much more practical than other facilities, and The owner works really hard to keep the salon looking tropical and warming! Would totally recommend to anyone to stop in!

I come here for every time I have an event to attend and get the spray tanning. The girls have always been so helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The color I get from the spray tan is even and I never look orange. I highly recommend it.

I couldn’t get them to cancel my plan. I had moved and no longer was close enough to utilize their store. I called three separate times to cancel and they kept saying I’d have to come in to the store in person even though I had moved to cancel the plan. So I stopped in not once, but twice to cancel my plan. Each time they said it was taken care of. They never did stop charging me monthly. I used their services for two months in the beginning and paid for over two years of service before I finally had to cancel my debit card to make it stop.
