I went to the Westside /Orange park location. She was an older tech very Friendly but perhaps not that experienced. I came in with full uncut eyebrows so there was enough material to work with. My eyebrows are crooked and not matching in shape. One is semi arched with the arch uneven and not clean and the other is rounded, tried them because my regular person Manu Mehendi is out of the country. Have an appointment today with someone else to see if they can fix them.

I only have a One Star because there is no option to give a 0.1 I had my eyebrows threaded. They came out ok. They were not brushed prior to threading and after the service I had to tell her to apply some cream. I then decide to get Henna done. Please don’t waste your money because mine came out like a kids drawing. I honestly could have ordered the henna kit from Amazon and did it myself. No skills at all! I did this for my birthday and I am looking up ways to take it off. I live in the DMV area but visiting out here and will NEVER again get my henna done in Jacksonville. She sat on the sofa next to me to do the service and like I said, a kids drawing! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Please ask for pricing, they have pamphlets that show services and prices but according to the lady at the orange park location which I went into 5 minutes ago told me that those are incorrect pricing. I asked then why do you have them here she kept on with those are incorrect as I wanted to get my underarms waxed which she told me that it would be $20 instead of the pamphlet which showed $10. I told her she should remove them if they are incorrect, she didnt say anything. Don’t get caught up expecting to pay less than what they will charge you after the services are done.
