We offer reiki, massage therapy, aromatherapy, kinesiology taping, hot stone, corrective exercise, wellness consulting, and more! Corrective Exercise
A proven program, applied to reduce muscular dysfunction and help you move, feel, and live better. A specialist will use a variety of static and dynamic assessments to identify imbalances and use the results to design an effective program of stretches, exercises, and myofascial techniques.
Hot Stone Massage
This massage uses smooth heated stones to warm the muscles allowing your therapist to work deeper without causing discomfort. The heat of the stones combined with skilled massage strokes for a deeply relaxing and therapeutic session that improves range of motion, increases metabolism and circulation, and ease muscle tension and spasms
Kineseology Taping
A rehab technique designed to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal, providing stability and support to muscles and joints without restricting range of motion. Available as a stand-alone appointment or add-on to any massage or bodywork service to prolong the benefits of soft tissue manipulation.
Prenatal Massage
Relieve pressure in the back, hips, and feet. Increase circulation to reduce swelling and promote the overall relaxation of Mom and baby
Raindrop Therapy
