I came in to see Elli at Sacred Pines Massage Therapy after experiencing some pain in my shoulder. I did not tell her about the pain but she noticed right away. After asking me what I was hoping to get out of the massage, she targeted my tightness and allowed for me to experience ultimate relaxation. She was attentive and considerate to my needs and I haven’t experienced the same pain since. She also recommended some stretching for me so I could maintain the problem joints. She really went above and beyond what I had expected. I will be coming back time and time again.
