Absolutely love this place!! I would no-doubt give the highest ratings if possible. I was first attracted to the location and closeness and once I found out about happy hour deals and the complimentary drinks/bar – I was sold!! I’ve been here a couple of times so I would consider myself as a regular and they have exceeded expectations every visit. Loan is my go-to and she is so considerate, sweet, and thorough with her work. Phenomenal job every time!!! I’ve had friends go with Peter and Hanna and they are wonderful as well. Drinks are tasty and great to sip on as you’re being pampered. I would recommend this place to everyone who is seeking great prices and even better service with such sweet people. Please book an appt. ahead of time since they get busy especially if you want someone specific!

The place is pretty and clean. I had an apt for a French dip and add on manicure. JUDY was gentle and kind. Making polite conversation along the way. She gave me exactly what I asked for. The nailbar is just that, a drink comes with your service! This rating is because of Judy! Definitely booking again and asking for her! AND I got a happy hour discount on my services because it was bttw 9am and 2:30pm!

Only thing that was good was my 1 drink. Left the salon with crooked bumpy nails. They did not file my nails, have me wash my hands, NOTHING . Super thick and look horrible. Asked for a design and it was so bad I went to another salon and had them remove it . Charged me $95 for crooked lumpy uneven nails. You know it’s bad when they finish both hands with design in 30 minutes. She glued the nail and started dipping and sent me on my way. Once again , did not file down the nail at all and send me home with powder all over me and lumps all in the nails- got these 3 days ago and want them off.

Critical: CleanlinessThis is my third experience at this salon and unfortunately this most recent and the prior visit were not the best experiences. I wanted to give them another chance, but I will not be back. My manicurist was sweet and put in a lot of work, but I was pretty upset to walk out the door with my nails still in this condition. I did try to vocalize that there was still residue prior to leaving and was told to just wash my hands in the sink. I was going to a wedding later and this was not okay. I also noticed a few small cuts in my cuticles. I did clean my nails again on my own and try to remove some of it when I got home, but there is still residue and it doesn’t look great and just looks messy. There were also used acrylics from another client on the manicure table, which made me question the cleanliness, especially considering they directly dip your nail into the dip powder jar, which I believe is a big thing to avoid. The nail technicians are nice and they do offer free beverages, but the quality of the manicure just hasn’t been there when I’ve gone. I am disappointed.EDIT: The next day after my dip manicure several of my cuticles are red and swollen, painful to the touch. I was cut several times clearly and the cuticles look in bad condition. This is my third experience at this salon and unfortunately this most recent and the prior visit were not the best experiences. Critical: Quality, ValueMy daughter and I had our nails done on Saturday 10/02 and the gel on our nails starting to peel off by Tuesday so I went back a few days later and they re did three of them. (Update) Well I hate to update my review from a 5 star to a 2 star, but my 2nd experience with Sachse Nail Bar has me pretty bummed. I got a full set of dip nails and a pedicure with gel polish on June 30th. On July 5th I had to remove EVERY SINGLE FINGER of dip because they had all cracked. Every single one of them. As they cracked they lifted, so I had to take them off in order to not risk an infection. Today is July 10th and I am already losing gel off my toes. This is unacceptable. I work from home at a DESK JOB. Alsp, unfortunately I don’t live in town so I can’t go get them fixed. In short… maybe they’ll do good.. Maybe they’ll run you through like cattle to make a quick buck and not care. Super disappointed. Below was my first review. The pix are of my first set of nails with them and my only set of gel toes.

Their business model seems to focus on advertising drinks and discounted services because it’s definitely not quality care. I either do my own nails or go to Azura in Myrphy. I was getting ready to leave for vacation an popped in for the sake of time. I was greeted with posters about their ‘Happy Hour’ special at the desk. I informed them I wanted a pedicure and to swap out my gel polish for a dip powder. The pedicure tech sat me down and immediately starts pushing to upgrade my service since it’s “Happy Hour” I haven’t seen a service menu or even picked out a color at this point which was odd. The nail tech for my hands comes over and does the same nickle and time technique. I selected a color for my nails but was never offered a polish choice for my toes. While she’s working, the tech informs me I need a manicure and it’s not included with the service…”only this much more” and again mentions it’s ‘happy hour’. I’ve never had a nail service where basic cuticle care wasn’t included. I was cut twice during the pedicure and burned with the dremel on my hands. I was also charged extra for a ‘special shape’ even though I left with my nails the same length and shape as I arrived with. The dip powder was done very thick and uneven and started to lift in the first week. As others have mentioned they also did not direct me to a washing station or even let me know they were done after slatering my hands with cuticle oil. I got the hint when neither tech returned and started working on other clients. The entire experience was impersonal and baffling. I will not be back. I wanted to relax and treat myself ahead of a vacation, not haggle on services the entire time.

Sad to say I will not be back. I asked for a red french tip. I noticed the nail tech struggling and I kindly told her it was okay to just do the full nail red. She insisted that she was able too and continued. She cut me while filing my nail. As well once she finished the nail was thick and wide with some dip over the cuticle and under the nail. I brought it up to her attention and she “cleaned” it.
