This will be my last time at this nail salon. They did such a horrible job. I use to get gel and they filed my nails down paper thin. This time I went for regular nail polish and it didn’t last me a good three days. She broke my nail and charged me to repair it because she was being lazy and rip it off using a metro card. My toes nails are so brittle. I’m on vacation and I’m so embarrassed by my nails. Save your money ladies!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 5 years now and I ALWAYS leave satisfied. I get nail, eyebrows and gel pedicure. It’s to the point that even though I moved out of state I still only go here for my nails all I can say is that I can’t speak for everyone else but myself and I absolutely love Sabrina’s place of business Acrylic nails, Facial treatments, Waxing, Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this nail salon on September 23rd, 2021. When I sat in the pedicure chair, I told the nail tech twice that I was getting a Spa Jelly Pedicure for $35. During the pedicure, I noticed she was not following the steps for my requested Spa Jelly Pedicure. I told the nail tech “I’m getting the Spa Jelly Pedicure”. The nail tech was astonished and went on to do the Spa Jelly Pedicure, but did not apply the mint scrub that is included in the Spa Jelly Pedicure. The Spa Jelly Pedicure includes the mint wrap mask and the mint scrub. The nail tech then debates with me that she used the mint scrub. I told the nail tech” you used the mint wrap mask, but not the scrub”. I’ve had the Spa Jelly Pedicure at this nail salon twice with a different nail tech. I spoke to her supervisor or owner of the salon. The owner stated to me that the nail tech told her she “used a tiny amount of scrub”. She did not use the mint scrub. I know the difference between a mint wrap mask and mint scrub. After I spoke to the supervisor, the nail tech resumed with the Spa Jelly Pedicure. I was observing the nail tech the entire time. My time at this nail salon was supposed to be easygoing, instead made me feel uncomfortable and was unprofessional. What happened to not debating with the customer or skipping steps during a Spa Jelly Pedicure?Service: PedicureI went to this nail salon on September 23rd, 2021. Quite possibly the worst nail salon you can go to! I usually go the to have my eyebrows done, however, my last visit (a week ago) I decided to have a pedi done as well because they were slow. Under 10mins later the pedicure was done. Needless to say it was more of a color change than a pedi but I was charged for a full pedi. There was no soaking of the feet, cleaning the nail, scrubbing of the feet or lotion after. I brought this to the girl’s attention several times but was ignored (pretending not to know English) however, the bill was correct. I call the owner the next day and was told I can come in within 2 days to have it done over but after that I will charged again. Due to a hectic work schedule I cannot make it back there in 2 days so I was told there is nothing she can do. This is poor customer service and I pretty sure I’m not only one to complain! They care about providing a service, they only care about money! That is the last of my money they will ever get!

My girlfriend came here and she has some pretty bad anxiety and very bad with confrontation she was basically gaslit by the owner/manager because she wasn’t happy with the nails she’s gotten she wanted some pretty French tips with tiny pearls that would’ve resembled sparkles they looked at the picture agreed they could do it and it looked terrible she came home upset and when I started the soak the nails wouldn’t come off and I called and asked whoever on the phone what type of glue they were using and they were super reluctant to give me a straight answer just telling me it’s very strong glue Which leads me to suspect they use mma which is dangerous and negligent mma is known to be dangerous and cancerous. Do not come here
