I purchased a Groupon for a deep tissue massage. The very next day I get a notification stating that my Groupon was redeemed. This was well before actually getting an appointment. I then try to call to get an appointment and it took several days. I recieved a text message explaining why it was taking so long. So, finally after getting an appointment and giving my information I show up to the location for my massage and the door is locked. I try to call several times, no answer. Finally I send a text message. The message I recieved back states that the practitioner did not have a hard copy of her massage license so all of her Saturday appointments were canceled. It also mentioned that because I did not have a verified number she was unable to call me to let me know. Verified number? Okay, but my number didn’t change from the first time you text it a month ago.
