Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVery rude people made me wait an hour before worked on my hair then would stop every 20 min to work on other clients hair that just walked in, was never told how to take care of the hair after , overall everyone was very rude and I paid so much because in the consultation the lady was adding things like a haircut and treatment which I wasn’t asked if I wanted… but i paid thinking to just trust her opinion but then they didn’t even trim the ends and no treatment just a wash, and the cut alone was priced at 75$ I don’t remember the other price but I didn’t even get what I paid for , which I didn’t even want in the first place .
