Erika did a fantastic job on my bikini wax!! She helped me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time, and explained how to better take care of my wax for less pain and longer times between appointments (which I’ve never had someone do before!) Great experience, and definitely going back!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNot only was the owner late but she was extremely unfriendly. We had a detailed conversation days prior to my appointment and she swore that she was the best with 10 years experience and she swore she was fast. She claimed to do a whole refill in 20 minutes. An hour into my appointment I asked her how much longer it would be and she said another hour… I asked her why and she got annoyed and started bashing the work I had from a previous lash artist and stated that she couldn’t work under pressure. She used the hour to remove the amazing work I had and added a few cheap looking lashes and didn’t fill in the inner eye gaps which was the reason why I went to begin with. She pretty much refused to continue and told me that no matter what she did I wouldn’t be happy. She knew I was looking for QUALITY which she wouldn’t be able to provide. The studio is tacky and cheap and should have been a red light upon arrival but I was hoping for the best.
